Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. You can cancel a booking from the Cancel Booking page using your PNR and the mobile number used to book.

Timing

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before departure. Cancellations within 2 hours of departure are not permitted, and the fare is non-refundable for cash bookings.

Refunds

For online (prepaid) bookings cancelled in time, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
